Artist Spotlight: Shwann & Friends

We featured Shwann so many times on EKM that I just stopped counting. He is one of the most active producers and DJ on the scene, always collaborating with amazing new artists and always dropping new fire (sometimes new sounds every week)!

His sound is mainly Electro (pretty heavy electro house actually) but also touches a bit of Big Room and Progressive House! His tracks are mostly free downloads and are always crystal clear, perfectly mastered and engineered. If your thing is Electro and you don't know Shwann yet, you are welcome!

Nicky Romero talks ghost producing in new interview

Great new interview with Nicky Romero from the WMC week. Nicky has nothing to hide and you can clearly see it in the interview, he admits ghost producing for David Guetta and more artists but to him, there is two kinds of ghost producing, one where the artists that "buys" the song brings in ideas and collaborates to the final product and the "rich dad" one, where the track is simply purchased. Does that makes it legit? What do you think?

Legendary is kinda light to describe Jack U's (Skrillex & Diplo's duo) performance at Ultra Music Festival this year. They killed it with an insane track selection full of unreleased tracks, remixes and bootlegs!
