3LAU is a Mashup/Remix and House producer from Las Vegas, Nevada. As a college student currently studying finance at Washington University in St.Louis, 3LAU began producing dance music just a short while ago, shifting from his shoegaze artistry under the alias Glimpse.
His bootlegs, most notably "Girls Who Save the World," "Yacht Week in America," and "All Night Long" have been prominently featured... on blogs with critical acclaim. The 3 tracks have hit 4th, 5th and 32nd respectively on Hypem’s top 50 with a total of over 8000 favorites.
Citing Deadmau5, Steve Angello, Wolfgang Gartner, Porter Robinson, Avicii, and Burial as his key influences, 3LAU dreams of traveling the world to perform for endless dancing crowds. With his persistence, and passion for music, he's sure on his way.
Dance Floor Filth will mark the 1ST of 3 Stages of his career as an artist. Blending two of his favorite genres, he've made that filth, you know, the kind that makes you wanna tear down the walls. The next 2 stages will involve much more original production, and the addition of his own vocals.
