Music producer stealing another producer's work

Another case of music producer stealing another producer's song happened today. Is this becoming a trend? Where's the honor? How can they do that and still look at themselves in the mirror? Someone please explain...

After Juke Ellington stealing  many tracks,  Katy Perry ripping off Dillon Francis and Sara Bareilles on the track "ROAR", Showtek accusing Flosstradamus of sample theft, and of course, Will i Am stealing Mat Zo and Arty, this time "ETC! ETC!" is accused of stealing AGLORY's work. I will let you listen to both tracks and judge for yourself.

(ETC! ETC! removed the song from their soundcloud ...I wonder why...)

  1. If you were to simply give me these two songs without reading the article first, I would of thought they were different. Not sure why "ETC! ETC!" is getting heat for this one.

  3. after reading ETC! ETC!'s facebook post on this, apparently they used the same sample pack... so ultimately, these producers need to start making their own sounds! if a producer uses a sample pack and doesn't change/edit the samples.. then they shouldn't whine about somebody using the same sound/sample.

  4. All this "EDM" shit sounds the same anyway.

I'm sure it wont be long 'til the yanks have gone back to Nu-metal, which all sounded the same as well.

  5. I don't know why ETC!ETC! is getting heat for this. It's samples. Look at Avicii and all those in that genre. The songs are EXACTLY the same.

He used the same sample back. Big whoop.
