Kaskade's free holiday music playlist

It's never too early to start downloading music for the upcoming holiday season, some of you will surely create playlists for your Christmas parties, others will DJ here and there at Christmas events, Kaskade dropped a few free songs on his tumblr blog "thisisadynasty" yesterday and in case you missed it, here they are!

[GLITCH HOP] Ghostkick - Sloth (Original Mix)

I've been great friends with the homies at Ghøstkick for a while now. Every single one of their releases has something amazing about them, but they really blew my mind with this new track "sloth". Just like they said, "it's all about the groove!" This track playfully uses vocal snippets from the show "Dragon Ball Z" as well as other samples from old school records. That being said, it's done in a very creative way, in no way lacking originality. This track shows that Ghøstkick is soon to be a household name!

Eminem VS Afrojack & Snoop Dogg?

So it seems Afrojack has been talking sh!t about Eminem, although it's not very clear what the "sh*t" was, poor old Afrojack's Facebook page has been spammed with "who?" comments for the past 24 hours.

"Will Ferrell as Ron Burgundy handed over the icon honor backstage, with Eminem thanking his fans for all the support over the years. He then said "I love award" several times. Ferrell as Burgundy said Dutch producer and DJ Afrojack had talked trash about Eminem, to which the rapper simply replied: "Who?"" -Hollywoodreporter

Either way, this will only make Afrojack more famous. Cause there is no such thing as bad publicity. The people who were saying "Who?" now know who Afrojack is, thanks to Eminem's 77 million fans!

He responded already with a vid on instagram: using the lyrics from Eminem. My name is Afrojack! With snoop next to him. Maybe a personal message to Eminem..

Felix House & Max Kartel, Coming Up?

Being an EDM writer in Miami is not really too hard of a job. Because I have many friends in the scene, it isn't too hard to meet other producers, bloggers, DJ's, or EDM fans. Most of the time the producers I meet are either unoriginal in a way or already huge haha! But there are times when I will come across those hidden gems. Those artists that are not too known but have more talent then some of the DJ's we see on the cliche "DJmag Top 100". The most recent 'hidden gems' I have met are called Felix House & Max Kartel. It only took me one of their tracks to be hooked! This producer duo from Miami destroy in every Sub-Genre they try! Trap, Dubstep, Electro House, you name it, they can do it! Check out some of their latest work and be on the lookout for more of Felix House & Max Kartel!

This track gives me chills! The great vocals and melodic synths give it a real adventure club type of feel. And the drop OH LORDY THE DROP! You just have to have a listen!

Complextro never gets old! Loving the vocal sample they used and the main melody is so darn catchy! This track should be on everybody's tracklists!

Felix House & Max Kartel team up with Steve Nova to make some trill ass real trap shit! The cleaver use of the "lean wit it, rock wit it" vocal sample made this track unforgettable for me. Definitely a banger!

Modulation, an INSANE build up and an even crazier drop make this one of my favorite remixes they've ever done! It really does deserve more plays! And to think they haven't won this yet pshh!
