Happy New Years from the Electrokill Family! We have done a lot of big things this year, and I've just been happy to join along for the ride as a poster. This was my first year posting on Electrokill and I really hope I've brought many songs that you the readers loved, and hopefully introduced you to a new artist or two. You can expect even more effort to be put into the site over the new year, I'm trying to not let the Canadian posters have all the fun, I'm going to work hard to get an Electrokill presented show here in the states soon!

Never afraid of exploring new rhythms and sounds, Dodge & Fuski really established themselves during the year 2011. They recently dropped a 3 track EP on Never Say Die Records and honestly, it's pretty awesome. 'Python' is a perfect example of Jump up dubstep done properly whilst 'What do you Know' brings back old school rave flavors before descending into complete and utter madness. Remember to support the artists and of course enjoy.
Buchan and Vital Techniques team up to bring a 3 track EP titled 'The Jump Off EP'. It features Buchan's title track 'The Jump Off', the Vital Techniques remix, plus a collab track titled 'Out Of Control'. I love this track because yes it's amazing but also because there's a lot of samples from the Wu-Tang song «Gravel Pit». Don't forget to always support the artists and of course, Enjoy !

If you don't know the name, Noyl is a turntablist from France, I saw him perform many times and it's always so amazing, this guy has mad skills and he knows how to rock a crowd! This track was so crazy that everybody wants to remix it ! Mad Decent just released the remix EP with 5 different remix. This one I decided to share with you guys is definitely my favourite remix ever made of this track and I cant wait to spin it live. I can't share the hole thing with you guys because we still need to support the artist if we want them to keep bringing those amazing EP, although, I am sharing with you the most anticipated track of the EP. Yes a collabo with none other then Wolfgang Gartner to make an absolute Electro banger. I personally love Skrillex's electro because it is sooo filthy and man I love Wolfgang Gartner so both guys on the same track = WIN. I didn't post Drumstep in a looooong time, and what a better come back to the genre than with Figure's latest monster track! This track is packed with energy, a perfect combination of Drum And Bass and Dubstep. I think it will easily please both camps ^^

After not getting new music from A.G. Trio in more than one year, they are back with a rework of the latest Dada Life BOMB "Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker"! The vibe is somewhat different, happier I'd say :) Great rework, I hope we'll get more music from this awesome trio!

A few vocal tracks for you today, I know a lot of readers like their house and electro with vocals so today is your day! First we have electropop from the duo NU.F.O. and some progressive house from italian/brazilian producer Allan Natal.
I find that NU.F.O. sounds like if Linkin Park started to do electropop, is it just me? I'm not a big fan of electropop personnaly but "Above the surface" is huge! Check it out!
Allan Natal is currently one of the biggest names of the eletronic music of Brazil. He plays in massives parties around the world, for example in Mexico, Canada, Italy, Usa, Israel, Turkey and others. While NU.F.O. sounds more electropop/indie dance, Allan Natal is more vocal house/vocal progressive house. Pure nightclub music!
December is great so far, I was not impressed with the dubstep releases in the past months, nothing really special came out ...only the same old filthy regular vibe :(
But in December, after Gemini's WICKED remix of Lana Del Rey's "Born To Die" and Swatdojo's amazing "Cake is Gone" original track, heres another monster track! Dubsidia is on the remix and the original is from Hatiras who teamed up with Kongman! First and second drop are bomb, vocals are bomb...WIN!

This right here is some huuuge Hulkstep for you guys. Me and my fellow Electrokill contributor DaeLow heard this amazing track for the first time in a Vilify set last night. As soon as the track came on we both looked at each other with that ¨I need that track¨ look on our face haha. So obviously as soon as I woke up this morning, I had to find that track to share it with you guys. Hulk is the impulsive, bone-breaking alter-ego of audio-scientists Claw and Richie August. They combined their creative powers for the common good after meeting at the 2009 Winter Music Conference in Miami, exchanging research and data in the fields of Dubstep, Hip Hop and Drum & Bass. But after an experimental dubstep drop exposed them to gamma radiation, their talents fused into the raging, supreme beast that is Hulk. i know you guys will love this so download it, enjoy it and share it.
Absolutely massive choon from Swatdojo from San Antonio, United States. I'm having a hard time to believe that this is his first production...if it is, I guess we can just expect his music to get even better! The song is a Portal (Video Game) inspired fusion of Dubstep/Glitch/Electro House and nerdy GLADOS samples. I LOVE the samples! BLUKU!
You may not know him yet, by ENiGMA Dubz is an up-and-coming dubstep producer who has been on my radar for quite a while now. He has a wide range of vibes, and has been consistantly producing high-quality tracks. Many of his tracks are chilled-out and really melodic but he definitely churns out some real bangers, too. I love his style and I'm always stoked and ready to listen intently when I see one of his tracks come out. He has been extremely busy over the last year and has released quite a few tracks, some original, some remixed. Be sure to check out his Soundcloud, or peep the player below for a ton more free downloads. This is one producer who can please just about any taste.
The first track of his I have chosen to share with you is a remix of Afrojack & Steve Aoki. ENiGMA has managed to make a track, that in my opinion, truly sounds better than the original. It is really laid back and kind-of emotional, with some really nice samples. Check it out.
I chose to share a second track from his recent releases to demonstrate his versatility. This offering is one of his originals, really grimy and dark, and grooves in a whole different way than the first track. It could be classified as Grime or Dubstep and bridges both styles quite nicely.

To support his debut studio album «Wonderland», due out January 17, 2012 via New York-based Ultra Music in conjunction with his own label Dim Mak Records, DJ/producer and electronic dance music entrepreneur Steve Aoki will launch his biggest tour ever: DEADMEAT, presented by Dim Mak.
For the DEADMEAT Tour, Aoki will partner with dubstep’s hottest new producer and Dim Mak label mate Datsik. The pair will travel across North America throughout winter 2012 and perform at some of the most renowned theaters and concert arenas, including the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, the Fillmore in Denver, Boston’s House of Blues, Montreal’s Metropolis and New York City’s legendary Roseland Ballroom (Los Angeles details are forthcoming).
The DEADMEAT Tour will showcase the debut of new live visual productions from both Aoki and Datsik alongside an all-star supporting lineup of some of the most sought-after, up-and-coming producers in electronic music today, including Alvin Risk, Mustard Pimp, Autoerotique, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike and Terravita, who will perform throughout the trek on alternating dates. The boys from Adventure Club are back at it again, bringing you another epic remix of a pop song, true to their failproof recipe. This time, they have put their signature sound over a beautiful song by Metric, and although it sounds somewhat familiar, it doesn't dissapoint. It bares some resemblance to their hit, Crave You, which is not at all a bad thing. To borrow a term from my fellow Electrokill contributor, Momo, this track is Dubsex. It's the kind of jam you can put on with your loved one/mistress/lover and let Adventure Club handle the foreplay.
These guys are a definite treat so see live. They have awesome energy and synergy like few other duos I have seen. If you haven't done so, take a peek at the last set from our Electrokill Summer Bash, from last July (skip to 6:52:00 for their set, but enjoy the rest, too). Adventure Club treated us to a great set in a very intimate setting. They have been blowing up worldwide recently, and although are not that far removed from touring, they will be leaving again very soon. Definitely catch them if you get the chance.

Montreal will most definitely be on the bass music map in a big way, come 2012, and I have a feeling that these dudes will be leading the charge internationally. This track right here is an absolute banger. Steve Aoki is a very tallentfull producer and once again he delivers. Very nice vocals from Wynter Gordon and the drops, man they are so good. At 133 Bpm, this track will definitely be in one of my future sets. I hope you guys will enjoy this and of course you know what to do.
After a groundbreaking year in 2011, Xilent continues to build his reputation as one the most exciting producers in electronic music with the epic «Skyward EP» on Audioporn Records. After co-signing to two of the most respected labels in the industry, Audioporn Records and Mainframe Recordings, Xilents incredible «Choose Me EP» was met with huge success. Finally Rednek drops the «They Call Me EP». Rednek was born in London and raised by Jamaicans in Hackney. Rednek is not just a DJ/Producer. He is a unique performer that engages his audience with massive stage presences and vocal abilities like no other. Rednek's sounds consists of head destroying baselines with original intricate edits and even though he has only been making Dub-step since May 2011 don't be fooled! Of course if your not already doing it, support the artist.
I accidentally started giving this song away without realizing the artist wanted 1000 likes on facebook, where he will then personally give the song away himself. This song is awesome, I found it on a french electro site so that goes to show you this guy has fans everywhere. Support this guy and go check out his soundcloud and facebook.
I can't think of a more fitting title for when Flux Pavilion and Doctor P come together. They are truly superbad! Okay that was cheesy, but I had to write something.
This song is my favorite right now, a friend showed it to me. It's well known amongst the EDM community that you don't touch Daft Punk unless you can do them justice and I think that this really does.
Maaaaan Rottun Recordings is in the house ! This drop so freaking hard ! Not much to say about it beside : HOT DAAAAM ! Seriously dough with Excision, Downlink and Ajapai on the same track, we couldn't expect less. I know you guys will love this so make sure you support the artist and enjoy it.
Drumstep monsters, Terravita, are back at it again with an awesome remix of a classic Aphex Twin melody. Truly showing that Drumstep can rightfully have a melodic component, they masterfully remix a track by an electronic music pioneer. It drops extremely heavy, staying true to Terravita style, but it still beautiful and very musical. A free promo track for their upcoming and highly-anticipated EP release on SubHuman, this track leaves you salivating, waiting on the edge of your seat for their new tracks.
Show them love on Soundcloud and Facebook! Terravita never let you down, and I'm sure this next release will be a massive one. Watch out for it!
After posting a Skrillex track, I felt I needed to cleanse my conscience and your ears, lol. This is a true dubstep track. Nicely melodic while still grooving nice and hard, this is exactly what good dubstep should sound like to me.
Russian producer Anex has been producing for a while now, but unfortunately for music lovers, he has not put out that many tracks yet. His deep, dark, chilled-out vibes span many styles, most notably drum 'n' bass and dubstep. His latest release, a two-track ep on UK label Soulstep recordings, is something I was very lucky to stumble upon. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.
